The main purpose
The water vapor permeability of leather refers to the ability of the leather to allow water vapor to pass through the air with higher humidity to the air with lower humidity. This performance of leather is comfortable for the user to wear. The water vapor permeability and air permeability of leather are commonly used to characterize the hygienic properties of leather. Water vapor permeability and air permeability are important indicators of the hygienic properties of leather.
