LFY-261 Leather Air Permeability Tester
The main purpose
LFY-261 Leather Air Permeability Tester is used to measure the air permeability of leather and is suitable for all kinds of leather. It complies with the national standard QB T 2799-2006 leather air permeability testing method.
Technical index
1. Glass measuring cylinder: the volume is 100cm3, the minimum scale is 1cm3; the upper end is open with a ground glass stopper, and the lower end is equipped with an inverted U-shaped glass air duct and a drain pipe, which is controlled by a water flow control switch;
2. Air test chamber: stainless steel material, hollow cylinder, inner diameter 3.56cm, test area is 10cm2, test area error does not exceed ±0.5%, special structure design ensures tight air leakage after loading the sample;
3. Rubber air duct: inner diameter 8cm～10cm;
4. Equipped with 20℃±3℃ constant temperature water bath control system;
5. The instrument is equipped with water shortage protection device;
6. The pressure difference between the two sides of the sample: 0.98kPa;
7. The amount of air passing through the sample: 100cm3;
8. Timer: accuracy 0.1s.
