The main purpose
This instrument is suitable for textiles of various compositions and structures that can withstand frictional electrification, to evaluate the difficulty of generating static electricity and the attenuation performance of static electricity for textiles used to make clothing.
Instrument characteristics
1. The instrument consists of a non-contact electrostatic potential measuring device, a mechanical arm friction device, a sampling and A/D conversion circuit, a sample rack translation device and a computer real-time automatic detection and test result processing system.
2. The mechanical arm friction device rubs the sample with a constant number of frictions to make the sample frictionally charged, so as to detect the initial electrostatic voltage and decay time to show the electrostatic charging performance of the tested fabric.
3. The instrument adopts computer control, automatically records the initial voltage and decay time of the sample, and displays the voltage curve with time in real time, which is convenient and intuitive.
