LFY-401D fabric induction electrostatic tester

The main purpose
Under laboratory conditions, this instrument is suitable for measuring the electrostatic properties of fibers, yarns, fabrics, carpets, decorative fabrics and other types of fabrics or various plate-shaped products. The instrument host is composed of a corona discharge device and a probe detector. Use a given high-voltage electric field to discharge the fabric for a fixed time to induce static electricity on the fabric, so as to detect the amount of static electricity, the half-life of static voltage attenuation, and the amount of static electricity remaining to show the electrostatic performance of the tested fabric. The instrument is equipped with a constant temperature and humidity box to provide suitable temperature and humidity conditions for the electrostatic test.
Instrument characteristics
1. Whether the fabric is seriously charged or not depends on the level of the static voltage after the high-voltage discharge on the one hand, and on the other hand the static voltage holding time. The electrostatic escaping speed on the fabric is expressed by the electrostatic half-life, which is an important assessment index for testing the electrostatic performance of the fabric.
2. The instrument is composed of a host computer and a computer detection system, which can be tested by the timing method and the constant pressure method respectively.
3. The instrument uses a computer system to directly display the instantaneous peak value and half-life value of the fabric during high-voltage discharge;
4. Real-time display of the voltage curve with time.
5. Automatic shutdown of high voltage and motor, easy operation.
6. The instrument has heating, cooling, humidifying, dehumidifying and timing functions.
7. Temperature and humidity can be set on the instrument panel as required.
