LFY-217B fabric hydrostatic pressure tester (electric)
The main purpose
LFY-217B electric hydrostatic pressure tester is used to measure tight fabrics, such as canvas, linoleum, felt cloth, tent cloth, rainproof clothing cloth and medical protective clothing materials when one side of the sample is subjected to a continuous rising water pressure , The impermeability of the sample. It can also be used to determine the impermeability of other coating materials.
The main structure
1. Specimen holding plate
2. Electric metering pump to pressurize the sample
3. Boost rate control part
4. Pressure display
Instrument characteristics
1. The instrument uses an electric metering pump pressurizing device to pressurize the sample.
2. The single-chip microcomputer controls the boost rate
3. Use pressurized medium: water or non-corrosive liquid.
4. The special sample holder ensures that the sample is firmly clamped.
Technical index
1. Pressure range and measurement accuracy: 0~200kPa, accuracy 0.1%
2. Pressure rise rate: 1.0kPa/min and 6.0kPa/min are optional.
3. Sample size: ¢125mm, pressure area: 100cm2 circle
4. Power supply: AC220V, 50Hz, 100W.
