Instrument use
It is used to measure the snagging condition of fabrics, especially synthetic fabrics and knitted fabrics.
Instrument characteristics
1. Carry out the snagging test by the needle cylinder method. The strip sample is fixed on the rotating cylinder with one end in a free state. When the rotating cylinder periodically rotates and rubs the needle cylinder with certain resistance, the sample snags.
2. The friction resistance moment of the syringe adopts an elastic resistance device, which can adjust the resistance. Change the contact between the sample and the needle tip by adjusting the adjustment rod above the barrel.
3. The cloth-clamping roller is driven by a worm gear and usually does not need to be oiled, which is convenient for maintenance.
4. The number of rotations of the syringe is displayed digitally, the number of rotations of the syringe can be preset, and the rotation will stop when the number is reached.
