The main purpose
This instrument is used to simulate the heat generated by human skin and the process of water vapor penetrating the fabric. It is suitable for measuring the thermal resistance of fabrics, films, coatings, foam plastics, leather, composite materials and clothing, quilts, sleeping bags, interior decoration materials, other textile products and textile-like products under constant environmental conditions ( Heat retention) and moisture resistance (moisture conductivity) performance.
Instrument characteristics
The entire instrument is designed with seven parts:
1) Air velocity control module for climate chamber;
2) Accurate control module for climate, room temperature and humidity;
3) The control module of the water supply system of the evaporation plate;
4) Thermal resistance test module;
5) Moisture resistance test module;
6) Data calculation and statistics modules for moisture permeability index, moisture permeability, Crowe value, and thermal conductivity;
