Dry low moisture condition
Both sides of the dressing are not wet. In the dressing in this state, there is no exudate or very small amount of exudate on the wound surface, and the outer surface of the dressing is in a dry state.
Note: If the dressing does not claim to block water, it is deemed that the outer surface is in a dry state.
Semi wet condition
One side of the dressing is wet. In the dressing in this state, there is exudate on the wound surface, while the outer surface of the dressing is in a dry state, that is, "dry outside and wet on the inside"; or, there is no exudate or very small amount of exudate on the wound surface, and the outer surface of the dressing is expected to be Being in a damp state, that is, "wet outside and dry inside".
Note: If the dressing does not claim to block water, the outer surface is deemed to be in a dry state; if the dressing claims to block water, the outer surface is deemed to be in a wet state.
Wet condition
