The main purpose
The sliding friction coefficient tester accurately measures the static and dynamic coefficients of friction between the sheet and the friction medium in the dry, water, or oil state, and displays the curve of friction over time in real time.
Instrument characteristics
(1) The system can simultaneously measure the static friction coefficient and the dynamic friction coefficient of the sample.
(2) Computer control, automatic display of test data, results, and curves.
(3) Man-machine dialogue interface, Windows operating system.
(4) There is no vibration in the driving mechanism, and the two test surfaces move relatively at a speed of (50±2) cm/min.
(5) The total error of the entire force measurement system is less than ±2%, and its transformation time T does not exceed 0.5s.
(6) The force direction of the drive mechanism is parallel to the friction sliding direction.
