The main purpose
It is mainly used to test the thermal insulation performance of materials such as flame-retardant protective clothing and protective boots exposed to radiant heat sources.
Technical index
1. The heat flux of the radiant heat source: the amount of radiation is adjustable, 5~50kw/m2
2. Radiant heat source: radiant heat source adopts special T-150 infrared tube;
3. The temperature measurement range of the calorimeter: room temperature~85℃;
4. Copper plate calorimeter: copper-constantan (T type) thermocouple welded on copper plate, copper plate size is 50 mm×50 mm, thickness is 1.6 mm, weight is 36 g±0.1 g, thermocouple diameter is 0.3 mm;
5. Sample holder size: 150mm×150mm, effective measuring area: 50mm×50mm;
6. Detect the temperature value when the temperature rise of the inner surface of the sample reaches 24 ℃ or radiate for 1 min, and display the time-temperature curve;
7. The instrument is equipped with a dedicated computer for the instrument, a Chinese test program, and automatic data processing.
