The main purposeThe towel water absorption tester is used to test the water absorption performance of various woven towel products using textile fibers as raw materials.
Main Specifications
1. Circular clamp ring: 150mm in diameter.
2. L-shaped water pipe: 50mL of water will flow out within 8s.
3. Constant temperature water tank (20±2)℃.
Steps
1. Connect the connecting wires between the host and the thermostatic water tank, add sufficient amount of tertiary water into the water tank, turn on the power of the host, and the thermostat water tank starts to work.
2. Method A: Add 800mL of grade 3 water to the stainless steel box for method A test, and place it on the slide of the large water tank. The water level in the large water tank is not higher than the upper edge of the box. When the thermometer shows that the temperature is constant at the set value You can start the experiment. Place the towel sample flat on the support net, slowly place it on the water surface, and press the "timing" button to start timing. When the sample is completely wetted, press the "timing" button to stop timing and record the required time. Press the "Clear" button to clear. Calculate the measured average value of 6 samples.
3. Method B: Pour 50mL (21±1)°C tertiary water into the funnel, open the valve to pre-wet the pipeline, and then dry the countertop, tray and clamp ring.
4. Use a balance to weigh the mass of the pallet m before the test.
5. Prepare the sample in accordance with the standard, clamp the sample flatly on the steel ring with a clamp ring, tighten the butterfly mother, and place it on the two fixed posts on the base panel.
6. Measure 50mL tertiary water and pour it into the funnel, turn the solenoid valve switch to the "start" position to open the valve, and start timing after the water flows. After (25±5) s, take out the water tray and weigh the mass m1. After stopping the timer, press the "clear" button to reset the timer.
