Details
The main purpose:The instrument is used for dust pretreatment of seat belts.
Technical index:
1. The volume of the test chamber is 1m3.
2. The test box is equipped with sample rack components for related components.
3. Dry lime powder: (4.5±0.5) kg.
4. Time control: 1-99.99 (h, m, s) can be adjusted arbitrarily to automatically control the test process and configure a time alarm.
5. The test box processes one sample each time.
6. The instrument includes a control box and a test box.
7. The instrument needs an air compressor, the outlet pressure reaches 0.6MPa, and the diameter of the trachea is 6mm.
8. Power supply: 220V 50Hz.
Test procedure description:
1. Put dry lime powder into the bottom of the test box;
2. Install the sample in the test box;
3. Start the air compressor, connect the air source, and blow in the air flow from the vent pipe every 5 minutes for 2 seconds;
4. Change the position of the sample through the relevant sample rack assembly device every 1h;
5. A total of 5 hours, after completion, let it stand for 15 minutes, take out the sample and perform related tests within 180 seconds.
