LFY-635 auto interior material melting performance tester
The main purpose
It is used to measure the melting state of the sample under the irradiation of the specified radiant heat source for automotive interior materials.
Technical index
1. Radiant heat source power: 500W;
2. Radiation surface of radiant heat source: transparent glass plate with a diameter of Φ(100±5) mm;
3. Specimen holder: metal ring holder with inner diameter Φ118mm, mesh woven with metal wire;
4. Residue container: inner diameter Φ118mm, depth 12mm;
5. Sample size: 70×70 (mm), the thickness does not exceed 13mm;
6. Specimen holder: concave holder made of 3mm stainless steel plate;
7. The distance between the residue container and the sample rack: 300mm;
8. The distance between the upper surface of the sample and the surface of the radiation source: 30mm;
9. Heat flux measurement range: 10W/cm2.
