LFY-719C leak tester(Flame Photometer)
The main purpose
It is used to determine the particle leakage rate test of medical protective masks, N95 masks, face shields, respirators and respirators. It is suitable for labor safety protection inspection centers, medical device and drug inspection centers, disease control centers, textile testing centers, mask and mask companies, etc.
Technical parameter:
1. NaCl particulate matter aerosol generation gas volume: greater than 100L/min:;
2. The average mass concentration of NaCl particles in the test warehouse: (8±4)mg/m³; deviation ±10%;
3. NaCl particle aerodynamics: particle size distribution is 0.02~2um; median mass is about 0.6um;
4. Test warehouse: There is enough size in the warehouse. Have enough observable range to meet the standard requirements for actions (personnel upright, foot movement, in-situ rotation, etc. action space);
5. Treadmill: running speed (5 ± 0.5) km/h, can be timed;
6. Sampling frequency of sampling pump: 1L/min;
7. Flame photometer:
①It can directly analyze NaCl aerosol, ②It can measure NaCl aerosol with mass concentration range of 5ng/m³-15mg/m³, ③The total aerosol sampling volume required does not exceed 15L/min, ④The detection limit of flame photometer reaches 2nA, and the upper limit up to 20mA. ⑤The composition of the flame photometer: It mainly includes three parts: burner, photoelectric converter, and photoelectric measuring instrument. ⑥Special software makes the collection, calculation, storage, display and output of measurement data computerized. ⑦ Equipped with a safe, stable and high-quality hydrogen generator (optional equipment, not within the scope of quotation). Or user-supplied: hydrogen and gas tanks.
8. The response time set by the operation valve of the sampling selector is 100 ms, and when it is turned on, the air flow is straight and unrestricted. The minimum pressure change that the pressure sensor can measure is 5Pa (0.05Mbar).
9. Equipped with a special computer, special software to control the test, the software supports data storage, query, export, printing, etc.
10. The entire tester system displays the leak rate in real time, automatically calculates the total leak rate and evaluates the results.
