LFY-403D Friction Method Charge Surface Density Tester
(Including: voltmeter, Faraday cylinder, capacitor, insulating bracket, friction rod, backing plate, base, insulating rod, 40N pressure device)
The main purpose:
Under laboratory conditions, the electrostatic properties of the sample after being charged in the form of friction are evaluated, that is, the charge surface density of the test sample.
Instrument Features:
After rubbing the sample with a specified friction material to make the sample electrified, the voltage of the sample after being put into the Faraday cylinder is measured, and then converted into the amount of electrification per unit area.
1. The test device consists of a friction device and a voltage measuring device; including: voltmeter, Faraday cylinder, capacitor, insulating support, friction rod, backing plate, base, insulating rod, and 40N pressure device.
2. Voltage measurement range: ±(10mV-10V), accuracy: ±5%.
3. Capacitance: 0.1μF, relative tolerance: ±2%.
4. Faraday cylinder: diameter and height of outer cylinder: 500×1000mm, diameter and height of inner cylinder: 400×800mm.
5. The friction device meets the technical requirements of the standard GB/T 12703.2-2021.
