LFY-253B diaper permeability tester
The main purpose
The diaper permeability tester is used to determine the absorption speed, re-permeability and permeability of diapers and other products.
Features
1. The test solution used in the test is controlled by a peristaltic pump to ensure the stability and repeatability of the dosing, and the accuracy of the dosing can reach ±1%.
2. The heating method of test solution (physiological saline) adopts the heating method of constant temperature water bath.
3. Test sample fixtures for children's diapers: 3 sets of U-shaped bases, 3 sets of sample holders, 3 sets of standard liquid dosing modules, and 3 sets of standard pressurizing modules.
4. Adult diaper sample holder: one set of U-shaped base, two sets of standard liquid filling modules, and two sets of standard pressurizing modules.
5. All sample fixtures are made of PA66 material, which has strong impact resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
6. The whole machine adopts desktop structure design, stable operation and more convenient mobile installation.
7. Using touch screen control and display, Chinese interface menu type operation.
