LFY-662 helmet combustion resistance tester

The main purpose:
Used to detect the flame resistance of helmets and the flame retardant performance of face masks.
Technical parameter:
1. Test the flame resistance of the helmet and the flame retardant performance of the mask;
2. The instrument consists of a burner, a radiant heat source, a thermocouple, a stand, a timer, a combustion box, and a computer system;
3. Burner: Bunsen burner, the nozzle diameter is 13 mm±3 mm; the flame height of the Bunsen burner is adjustable: the standard is 50 mm±1.5 mm, and the inner flame height is 25 mm±1.5 mm;
4. Temperature measuring sensor: K-type thermocouple; temperature measuring range: between 1100 ℃ and 1300 ℃, with an indication error of ±1%;
5. Radiant heat source: special T-150 infrared tube is used, and the radiant heat flux is 10 kW/m2±1 kW/m2;
6. Ignition method: automatic ignition; the angle between the ignition position of the igniter and the horizontal plane: 45º±10º;
7. The ignition time can be preset, the standard is 15 s;
8. Timer: 0-99.99s/m/h, indication error ±1%;
9. Gas: industrial grade methane.
