The main purpose
The instrument is suitable for measuring the permeability of paper diapers, including slippage, back seepage and leakage. It can also measure the liquid permeability of non-woven fabrics for sanitary use and the efficiency of liquid permeability. The technical principle is: pour a certain amount of liquid on the surface of the sample and measure its penetration and permeability to the liquid.
Instrument characteristics
1. A funnel with a solenoid valve is used to control the liquid penetration test, and a funnel with a valve is used to perform a diaper slip test to simulate the daily use of the diaper;
2. The use of a special mechanical mechanism enables the sample holder to easily meet the test of multiple tests, and the angle of the sample holder is easy to control, which can easily meet the test requirements and ensure the test reproducibility;
3. A control system with sensors to ensure real-time capture of the liquid data;
4. The designed data processing software can transfer the data to the computer in time, analyze the data, and generate the curve, which is convenient for the technicians to analyze the various data in order to improve the performance of the product;
5. The automatic control system makes the whole test process simple and convenient.
Technical index
1. The angle of the test bench: (30±2)°;
2. Liquid flow rate in the funnel: 80mL/6s;
3. Press block: ¢100mm, weight (1.2±0.002) kg (capable of generating 1.5kPa pressure);
4. Pressing time of briquetting: 1min;
5. Slip penetration time: 10min;
6. Permeation efficiency: the time it takes to penetrate 50mL of liquid.
