LFY-660 toy combustion performance tester
Scope of application
The instrument detects the burning performance of children's clothing or toys and their accessories, and evaluates the burning speed and time of the following types of toys:
1. Clothes worn by children (fancy dress), especially shawls, hanging clothes and similar items
2. Toys that children can enter, such as play tents and playrooms
3. Children can hug toys and fill soft toys
4. Toys that can be worn in masks and wigs.

1. Burner: The burner throat diameter is Φ(0.19+0.02)mm, the length is 75mm, the mixed air outlet is Φ1.7, and the air inlet is 4XΦ4 mm according to ISO 6941-2003
2. Flame height: adjustable within the range of (20±2)mm～(40±3)mm
3. Ignition time: 0~99S can be set
4. Continuous burning time: continuous burning time range: 0-9999S
5. Flame test angle: 90°, 45°degree optional.
6. Sample fixture:
①Inner size of U-shaped test clamp: 600mm×80mm according to GB 6675-2003
②Nail board sample holder: 500mm×800mm Nails: φ5×75mm 80 pieces
7. Power supply: AC220V 50Hz
