The main purpose
This instrument is suitable for the determination of the compression elasticity and bulkiness of composite flakes or other material flakes. It can be used to evaluate the compression recovery elasticity or relaxation characteristics of the sample, as well as the fullness, bulkiness and softness of the sample.
Functions and features
1. Adopt high-precision, all-digital speed control system and precision reducer to drive the precision lead screw pair to carry out the test, realize the wide-range adjustment of the test speed, low noise during the test, and stable operation.
2. The test force is displayed digitally, and the test speed is continuously adjustable.
3. The beam can be adjusted quickly and slowly when the specimen is clamped, and has functions such as overload protection.
4. The machine adopts the control and data processing software with WINDOWS as the operation interface to realize the screen display of test force, beam displacement and test curve. All test operations can be automatically completed on the computer by the mouse.
