The main purpose
This instrument is used to measure the horizontal resistance (surface resistance) and vertical resistance of various textile floor materials. The size of the resistance can indirectly reflect the length of the static leakage time of the test material, thereby reflecting the static charge performance of the test material.
Instrument characteristics
This instrument uses the three-electrode method to test the sample. The test device is mainly composed of a flat electrode device and high and low resistance meters. The basic principle is to add DC voltages of different gears to the sample, and the weak current flowing through the sample is sampled and amplified by a standard resistance, and then read from the high and low resistance meters. The number directly displays the resistance value, with high accuracy, rapid display, good stability and convenient reading.

1. Adopt a highly integrated 3 1/2-digit digital display;
2. Range: when the readable resistance value is 1×103~1×109Ω, the accuracy is ±5%; when the readable resistance value is 1×109Ω~1×1012Ω, the accuracy is ±10%.
3. The test voltage is DC 10V, DC 100V and DC 500V;
4. Working environment temperature: (23±1)℃, humidity: (25±3)%RH;
5. The zero drift of the instrument is less than ±5% between 1-8 hours under stable working voltage and no signal input;
6. The basic error of the instrument to the standard resistance measurement: ≤±10%;
7. Measurement requirements: The measurement duration of the instrument can be timed (the corresponding range voltage starts to be output as the timing starting point), and the unit must include a timed 15-second measurement. After the timing is over, the measurement will be automatically stopped and the result will be maintained.
