The main purpose
This equipment is used for the water soaking of safety helmets and the treatment of soaking sodium chloride solution.
Technical index
Control the water bath environment at 20℃±2℃ tap water for 3 hours; 20℃±2℃ 3g/L sodium chloride solution for 24 hours.
Indicator requirements
1. The test chamber is equipped with heating device, refrigerating device and circulating water pump to ensure that the constant temperature water bath is even at 20°C, and the control accuracy is: ±2°C. Constant temperature setting and measurement: digital display;
2. The box material has the characteristics of resistance to corrosion by sodium chloride solution;
3. The box has the function of up and down, and is equipped with a slidable waste liquid collector;
4. 4 safety helmets can be immersed in water each time, and the samples are stacked in two layers;
5. Time control: 1s-99.99h, adjust the settings arbitrarily, and configure the time alarm;
6. Power supply: 220V 50Hz.
