LFY-643 Contact heat conduction tester
The main purpose
It is used to test the resistance to contact heat of welders' gloves that protect hands and wrists during welding and related operations.
Instrument characteristics
1. It has a heating body that can withstand temperatures up to 500℃, and the temperature is controllable;
2. The special calorimeter meets the test accuracy requirements;
3. It can digitally display the heating body temperature, calorimeter temperature, and critical time;
4. The contact speed is adjustable.
Technical parameter
1. The contact surface diameter of the heating body: (25.2±0.05) mm;
2. The diameter of the calorimeter test surface: (25±0.05) mm;
3. Contact force during measurement: (49±0.5)N;
4. Critical time timer: 0-99.99 seconds, accuracy: ±0.01 seconds;
5. Contact speed: (5.0±0.2) mm/s;
6. Sample size: 80mm in diameter.
