The main purpose:

This test box is used for pretreatment test of safety belt anti-chemical performance test.

Technical index:

Complete soaking, washing and drying operations in acid-base climate environment. Acid: 10% hydrochloric acid, 25% sulfuric acid, 15 nitric acid; alkali: 5mol/L sodium hydroxide; oil: isooctane. Pretreatment for 4 hours. Including liquid measuring tools, cleaning equipment, timer. Protective equipment, cleaning paper, etc.

Indicator requirements:

1. The materials are resistant to corrosion by oil, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and sodium hydroxide solution.

2. The integrated test box of soaking box, washing box and drying box is equipped with liquid inlet device, liquid drain device and sliding waste liquid collector.

3. The washing box is equipped with a flushing device; the drying box can be connected to the laboratory air duct. (The standard requires drying, it should be in a natural state, and no blowing device should be added)

4. The special sample container can be rotated and positioned among the three boxes, which is convenient for the integrated operation of soaking, washing and drying. There is a container for acid, alkali, and oil.

5. Time control: 1s-99.99h, adjust the settings arbitrarily, and configure the time alarm.

6. 3 samples can be tested each time.

7. Power supply: 220V 50Hz.
