The main purposeThis instrument is used for the self-locking reliability test of seat belt speed difference automatic controller and self-locking device.
Technical index
1. Motion repeat mechanism: 1,000 cycles. The test fixture is customized according to the product size;
2. The height of the speed difference and self-locking device from the working surface is 2.5m. The horizontal distance between the test weight and the hanging point is ≤300mm. The test weight is divided into 5kg and 1kg according to the standard configuration;
3. The instrument adopts single-chip microcomputer automatic control, automatic lock, automatic unlock, and automatic reset cycle;
4. The instrument has functions such as times preset, time control, implicit photoelectric speed measurement, work alarm, etc., time control: 1s-99.99h, arbitrary adjustment settings;
