The main purposeThis machine is used to test the color fastness of textile materials and textiles, and can also be used to evaluate the color fastness to washing of dyes.
Instrument characteristics
The instrument uses a suitable mechanical device, that is, a water bath equipped with a rotating shaft. The shaft radially supports 12 containers with a capacity of about 550mL±50mL. The water bath temperature control system with PID adjustment keeps the temperature control accuracy at the set temperature ±2℃.
working principle
The textile samples are treated with a specific solution of a given concentration and then dried. The gray scale is used to evaluate the discoloration of the sample.
